Keith Reid is a results-driven HR professional with 7+ years of progressive leadership experience across unionized and non-unionized workplaces in Metro Vancouver. He has spent his career partnering with operations leaders and senior management to solve real people problems - from navigating collective agreement negotiations and grievance arbitration to building performance management systems that actually work.

Keith's experience includes leading HR for 300+ employees in a complex unionized manufacturing environment - co-leading collective agreement renewals, managing progressive discipline, and driving cultural transformation across the organization. He has also served as a People & Culture Business Partner overseeing compensation benchmarking, complex workplace investigations, and learning & development integration across multiple business units.

Keith holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from BCIT and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR). He founded Snapshot HR to bring senior-level HR expertise to BC businesses that need it most - without the cost of a full-time hire.
